WOOD GREEN ANIMAL SHELTERS
Fink won Wood Green Animal Shelter‘s tender to completely rebuild their site, with the aim of increasing awareness, online donations and updating their branding in the process. The resulting site is packed with information, and is well optimised making extensive use of XHTML and CSS, along with Flash elements to add interest. The site is updated by up to 10 members of Wood Green staff regularly using Macromedia Contribute, giving them a very flexible and cost effective solution to self content management. We regularly add updates to the site such as virtual tour elements and live webcams of certain animals in conjunction with fundraising campaigns. We also recently added an online newsletter managements system, allowing staff to construct templated monthly email newsletters and newsflashes/appeals to be mass mailed to an opt-in emailing list of several thousand subscribers.
Fink has also been responsible for their Wood Green‘s branding update and works on most of their printed material from leaflet and mailers to advert and annual reports and has helped turn the charities whole visual appearance around, creating a strong and consistent image to their audience.

COHESION ALBUM
The Cohesion album was conceived as a way to raise both funds and awareness of the plight of landmine victims within Kosovo by Manchester based charity MaK (Manchester Aid to Kososvo) and MAG (Mines Advisory Group). The 2 CD compilation album was an eclectic mix of Manchester based music including the likes of Badly Drawn Boy, Ian Brown, I am Kloot and New Order. For the duration of this project Fink worked closely with campaign organisor Pam Dawes and Oasis photographer Michael Spencer Jones promoting the release of the album and culminating in a promotional concert at the Manchester Lowry Centre.

SPOTS DRY CLEANERS
Spots Dry Cleaners was founded back in 1962, and probably remains the oldest family owned business on Upper Street, Islington, London. Spots came to Fink, on recommendation, for a total redesign of their branding and the creation of a website.

Edinburgh interactive festival
Fink have been involved in the design and artwork for EIF since it‘s launch 5 years ago. Originally named the Edinburgh Interactive Games Festival and the Edinburgh Interactive Entertainment Festival, it has gone from strength to strength and has now grown to be a important fixture in the annual summer festival, where industry leaders discuss hot topics and debat the future of videogames.
Fink have designed and artworked the trade advertising, logo identity, branding, leaflets, party invites and the consumer side ‘Go Play Games‘, with posters, exhibition banners and T-Shirt designs.

BBFC
The British Board of Film Classification, the independent regulator of the film and video industry in the UK, came to us with an ambitious project. The project involved creating a website to educate primary school aged children on the film classification system in a fun way. Based on the actual BBFC building in London, the site uses brightly coloured illustrations and Flash animation to create a visually enticing exploration exercise and includes competitions, film clips and review submission by the children. The site is also used as an educational tool in classroom sessions.
After the success of the CBBFC website the BBFC Fink won the tender for their students version that targets the GCSE, A-Level and Degree level student sector. This site is very different is style and content from the BBFC site and contains a huge number of educational resources presented in a stylish and easy to navigate format.
This was then shortly followed by the Parents BBFC, a site designed to inform parents about current films and their ratings.

DAVID‘S COUNTRY STORE
David‘s Country Store is a local business that contacted Fink following recommendation by Wood Green Animal Shelters. They were after a redesign of their existing brand ‘David‘s Wild Bird Feeds‘, requiring a new logo identity and a website redesign that gave them a professional look but still integrated neatly with their existing hosted shopping cart solution.
After the success of the redesigned identity and website, we created a simple extranet to give them content management and stats monitoring facilities. Our working relationship has now grown to include press adverting and the design & layout of their biannual 44 page product catalogue.

JUST FLIGHT
Just Flight have been the leading name in Flight Simulation software for the last 10 years.
Fink have worked with them right from the begining and have been responsible for all their graphic and web output from the design of the Just Flight logo and stationery and the creation of the Just Flight brand through to the recent redesign of the website and shopping cart.
We have designed software packaging for just about every type of aircraft there is from Spitfires and Lancasters to 747‘s and Airbus‘ with most titles requiring inlay, cd label and manual design in multiple languages as well as salesheets, adverts, banner ads, brochures, exhibition panles and micro sites.
We recently finished a complete redesign of Just Flights well established flight simulation add-on site (which we had previously done 5 years before), including a fully content managed product database, shopping cart integration, forum, news (including RSS feeds) and support management system. The site is very busy, with a large number of product images, therefore could not be too graphically heavy, so we made extensive use of CSS and well optimised graphics to create a bandwidth friendly site that looks good, presenting the massive amount of information in a clear and accessible way.

MASTERTRONIC GROUP WEBSITE
A full database driven, content managed, multilingual - English, Dutch, French, Italian, German and Spanish site for a PS2 games label. We created a bespoke content management system to allow the client to set up and maintain all aspects of the products on the site, including image upload and rich text editing of product descriptions.

PC PILOT
PC Pilot magazine was created in October 1999 to cover all the latest news within flight simulation. Fink was there right from the start, responsible for the original design, and then the subsequent layouts and developments that came over the next 35 issues before it was sold on to a major publisher. It can still be found on the shelves of W H Smith today and the format and look has hardly changed despite it‘s new owners.
