For the Fallen

With proud thanksgiving, a mother for her children,
England mourns for her dead across the sea.
Flesh of her flesh they were, spirit of her spirit,
Fallen in the cause of the free.

Solemn the drums thrill; Death august and royal
Sings sorrow up into immortal spheres,
There is music in the midst of desolation
And a glory that shines upon our tears.

They went with songs to the battle, they were young,
Straight of limb, true of eye, steady and aglow.
They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted;
They fell with their faces to the foe.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

They mingle not with their laughing comrades again;
They sit no more at familiar tables of home;
They have no lot in our labour of the day-time;
They sleep beyond England’s foam.

Launched by Fink Creative this month, is the new website www.t2a.org.uk The Transition to Adulthood (T2A) Alliance is a coalition of 12 of the leading criminal justice, health and youth organisations, convened by the Barrow Cadbury Trust, which promotes ‘the need for a distinct and radically different approach to young adults in the criminal justice system; an approach that is proportionate to their maturity and responsive to their specific needs’. T2A required their online presence and CMS to be brought inline with their Barrow Cadbury Trust new website, that we created for them earlier this year, so naturally we were more than happy and equipped to meet their requirements.

The medieval third-person action-adventure video game The Cursed Crusade is going to launch soon on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC-CD ROM. Developed by Kylotonn Games and will be published by dtp entertainment AG for Europe.

The game will be released on 7th October, 2011 in Europe. Fink Creative have been busy creating their marketing artwork, from London Underground posters, Phone box and all their online marketing – extendable leader boards, MPU’s and website take-overs.

Some of you may have sore thumbs this week as Eurogamer expo 2011 hit London over the past weekend. Its the UK’s biggest dedicated video games event, showing of games that will be hitting our shelves in the coming year.

Bethesda asked FINK Creative to be involved with producing artwork to display their upcoming title’s RAGE and The Elder scrolls V: Skyrim. Ranging from the extremely large posters hanging from the Earls Court entrance to the games area banners, along with posters around the venue. The expo sounds like it was a great success, and we look forward to playing these games on our own TV’s soon. Thanks to Morgan at Bethesda for the photos.
